Notice of Election – Nepal Society of Engineering Geology (NSEG)

The Nepal Society of Engineering Geology (NSEG) hereby announces the upcoming election for the Executive Committee of the Society. All eligible members (except student members) are invited to participate in this important process of electing the leadership that will guide NSEG in the coming term.

Eligibility for Candidacy

• Only members with valid NSEG membership (renewed for the current fiscal year, not student member) are eligible to file candidacy.

• Members must meet the criteria as per the NSEG constitution and election guidelines.

Nomination Submission

• • Nomination can be submitted either in NSEG office in hard copy or via email: electnseg@gmail.com

Voting Rights

• Only members with valid and updated NSEG membership are entitled to vote.

• Membership renewal must be completed by 2025/08/30.

Important Notes

• The election will be conducted in accordance with the constitution of NSEG and the instructions of the Election Chair.

• Members are encouraged to actively participate to strengthen the Society and its role in advancing engineering geology in Nepal.
